Additional information for customers.
The Pottery Loft gift vouchers have always had an expiry of 6 months. Our vouchers were revamped at the end of 2016 to ensure customers were well aware of the expiry date. Our ceramic gift vouchers now come accompanied with a small expiry card. Vouchers cannot be redeemed without the accompanying card. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date has passed.
Gift vouchers are available to be purchased in the studio in ceramic form, in £10, £15 and £20 values. We can also produce and provide e-vouchers to any value.
Any of our older style vouchers will become unavailable for redemption after September 2017. This is to allow customers unsure of their expiry dates an extremely reasonable length of time to redeem their vouchers. (9 months from the beginning of 2017).
SOFT PLAY
Our soft play area is designed & built for children aged 4 and under and is insured for children aged 4 and under.
As such, children over this age are not allowed in with no exceptions to this rule. As I’m sure you can understand, we simply cannot risk the safety of your child or that of other children using the soft play area, whether it be during opening or during a private function.
