Yes — all sessions must be booked in advance to guarantee your spot. Walk-ins are subject to availability but booking online is always recommended.

A small deposit is required at the time of booking. For table bookings it's £5 per table (deducted from your final bill), for parties it's £25 (non-refundable). Workshop deposits vary.

Table bookings can be rearranged with 24 hours' notice. Workshops require 48 hours. Party bookings require 7 days' notice. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel.

We accept cash and card payments in-studio. Online bookings require a card for the deposit.

Absolutely not! Our friendly team will show you everything you need to know. Pottery painting is suitable for complete beginners.

Table bookings are 2 hours. We allow 30 minutes between sessions for cleaning and setup.

Your finished piece needs to be glazed and fired in our kiln, which takes 7–14 days. We'll contact you when it's ready.

Tables seat up to 6 people. Larger groups will be seated across multiple tables.

If something goes wrong during painting, let a member of staff know — we'll do our best to help. Once pieces are fired, we can't make changes.

All packages include a dedicated party host, use of our party area, pottery or craft activity. Catering and additional extras are available as add-ons.

Party packages cater for 10–25 children depending on the package chosen.

Yes — there's a £15 own-food fee. Alternatively, we offer a cold buffet catering add-on at £4 per head.

We have packages suitable for any and all ages! Pottery Painting and Build-a-Buddy parties are great for any age. Slime parties are suitable for those age 6+. Adult mug painting is primarily for adult events, but family children are welcome.

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. Party time slots open up 3 months in advance.

Yes — we have a lift, wheelchair-accessible facilities, and baby changing facilities on-site.

Yes, free parking is available.

Yes! We serve coffee, teas, soft drinks, toasties, sandwiches, and cakes throughout opening hours.

Yes — we have a soft play area for under-5s only.

You're welcome to pop in and look around, but if you'd like to paint or create, you'll need to book a session.
