Build A Buddy Party
Each guest stuffs their own 16" teddy bear, makes a wish, fills out an adoption certificate, and designs a t-shirt for their new buddy to take home.

Keepsake to Take Home
Party Grown Ups collect Pottery and dish out to guests after 1-2 weeks. Bears and Slime are taken home on the day!

Included for those aged 4 & under!
A £25 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your date and party slot. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your party. For any questions,

Venue Hire
Host your special occasion with us — from baby showers and christenings to hen dos and more.
Our bright, welcoming studio seats up to 40 guests, with venue hire at £150 for 1.5 hours.
Please note: venue hire does not include pottery painting. If you’d like to add pottery for each guest, we can create a package price per person instead.

Corporate Events
Team building is what we do best — a fun, creative way to break the ice, bring people together, and leave with a keepsake to remember the day.
We can host your event at our Billingham studio (up to 40 people) or come to your workplace. Prices start from £15 per person, up to £45 for longer sessions.

Please ensure you read & agree to the below BEFORE booking your party.
For corporate/team building, schools, groups or exclusive P&P evenings, please scroll down.
Min/Max number of guests advised per package. If fewer guests attend, the minimum number is still payable. Please provide accurate final numbers no less than 7 days before your party date.
If your party runs over due to no fault of our own, additional time charged at £15 for up to 30 mins.
Children aged 8+ may be left for the party duration. We do not guarantee seating for supervising adults.
Pots will be available to collect by the date specified during your party.
Due to the nature of the firing process, this date is subject to change.
Build-A-Buddys and Slime Pots are taken home on the day.
Please bring any decorations or table covers you require, we do not provide these.
PRICING & PACKAGES
Standard Children's Parties
Minimum 10 / Maximum 25
All standard packages (except Slime Time as time does not allow for this) include a complimentary party plate signed by all guests. Standard packages do not include catering, but do include exclusive use of the studio.
Pottery Painting Party - £14.50 per head
(Paint a pot, includes glazing and firing and later collection)
Build-A-Buddy Party - £25.00 per head
(Stuff a 16" teddy bear, fill out adoption certificate & design their own t-shirt)
Slime Time Party - £14.50 per head
(Create up to 3 pots of Slime - advised for age 6+)
Adult Mug Painting
Minimum 10 / Maximum 35
A basic package for adult groups. Exclusive use of the studio.
Mug Pottery Painting - £16 per head
(1 mug to paint per guest)
CATERING
Standard Children's Party Options
TPL's Children's Cold Buffet - £4 per head

Own Food - £15 fee.
Please advise any additional dietary requirements along with your final numbers no less than 7 days before your party booking. We reserve the right to add a supplementary fee for anyone requiring special ingredients, as we will need to provide extra food to cater for their specific needs. If we do not receive notifications of specific food allergies or dietary requirements before the party, anyone with an allergy on the day may need to be excluded due to safety reasons.
We do not cater for hen parties, other events or adult group bookings, but you are welcome to bring your own catering for a £15 fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Confirmation for final numbers must be given no less than 7 days prior to party date.
This final number will be used to cater for your party and will be chargeable on the date of your party plus any additional guests. If less guests attend, this final number will still be payable.
Upon booking a non-refundable deposit is taken to secure your party slot. In the event of unforeseen circumstances including illness, which could result in you cancelling the party, we will endeavour to reschedule the birthday party for you within 2 weeks if availability allows and at least 7 days notice is provided. In the unlikely event TPL need to cancel, we will make every attempt to provide a suitable alternative or a full refund will be given.
HEALTH & SAFETY
The Pottery Loft will not be held responsible for any personal loss, injury or damage to you or by you that may occur during your party, or within the soft play area.
The soft play area MUST ONLY be used by children aged 4 & under.
Our parties are hands on and all participants are expected to be aware and act appropriately. Parents/guardians are encouraged to assist younger children when required.
The Pottery Loft maintains a current insurance policy with a UK registered company.
Paints used during pottery painting are none toxic and will not stain, however materials used during slime making may stain, so please wear old clothes, or bring along your own apron (we do not provide these).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please do not turn up for your party more than 15 minutes before the booked time.
You're welcome to bring along table cloths, balloons, and any themed party ware you'd like us to use for your party, however this is not required and we do not provide these.
Please be aware that the soft play is not available for children aged 5 and over and is unavailable for any age during slime parties (due to the materials used).
For pottery painting parties, the bookee will receive an email once ALL party pots are completed, so they may all be collected together and distributed by you to your guests at your own convenience.
